(ELO PART TWO)

After the end of ELO in 1986, Bev Bevan reorganize the group and change it name for ELO Part Two, this new group weren't integrated for Jeff Lynne and Richard Tandy. Bev maintain the following ELO's members: Louis Clark and Mik Kaminski, plus the new membersEric Troyer, Pete Haycock and Neil Lockwood. 1991, was the year of their first album, called ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA PART TWO. Eric Troyer, born in USA, he worked like sessionist and feature in work of the following musicians: John Lennon, Bonnie Tyler, Meat Loaf, Celine Dion, etc., he has a solo album called Model Citizen. Pete Haycock, born in England, he had his own group called Pete Haycock and also was member of Climax Blues Band, actually, he has again his own group and make tours in England and Germany. Neil Lockwood, born in Wales, he wasn't members of any other group, he played alone at the England pubs and made in his repertoire ELO's cover, Jeff Glixman (ELO Part Two's producer), found he and invited to him to join to the group, Neil actually plays with Alan Parsons Project. Jeff Glixman (producer of the first and second ELO Part Two albums and he was producer of Kansas and Black Sabbath). This album had two singles, they were: HONEST MEN y THOUSAND EYES. In 1992 made a live album called ELO'S GREATEST HITS LIVE, in it featured two "new" members, they were:Kelly Groucutt y Hugh McDowell. His third work and second in studio, called MOMENT OF TRUTH, previous to this new album, leaves the group: Pete Haycock, Neil Lockwood y Hugh McDowell, and in Phil Bates. Phil Bates, born in England, he had his own group and was member of TRICKSTER, this group was support of ELO at the UK tours in the middle of '70s. He has a lot of solo albums, between others featured Naked! MOT, had also two songs for promo, they were: POWER OF A MILLION LIGHTS y BREAKING DOWN THE WALLS. Their forth work and second live, was made in Australia and called ONE NIGHT. In this album featured 26 songs, 3 was new, until now not edited, they were: AIN'T NECESSARILY SO (E. TROYER), ALL FALL DOWN (B. BEVAN/P. BATES) and WITNESS (B. BEVAN/P. BATES), the rest of the songs were of ELO (like always) plus Thousand Eyes (ELO Part Two). When they were working in their third studio album, Phil Bates leaves the band. They finished 1998 looking for a new member, they found a new member called Parthenon Huxley (who born in USA) and they begin 1999 with a new world tour. Actually ELO PART TWO make tours with a great reception for all the fans and have in their C.V. with more than 500 presentations. In Argentine realized two presentations, the first was in 1994 month after the MOMENT OF TRUTH edition, they gave us two shows they were the dates 9 and 12 of December of this year at the GRAN REX Theatre of Buenos Aires, and the second visit was in 1996 also with tow shows in the same day, 28 of September at the OPERA Theatre of Buenos Aires.
